Hello!
This new BTO is currently occupied by a family of four with their latest arrival of a newborn in January. It was a pretty hectic period for them where they had to shift in, get ready for the arrival of the baby plus cleaning up the new place and adjusting to their new environment.

We are very happy that they have settled down nicely and enjoying the comforts of their new place where it's super bright, windy and spacious. Previously they have been staying with their parents so space was a compromise for both families, now that they have their new place, they say cleaning up has become the new TO-DO thing for them!

The living room is so spacious that they can dedicate a corner for their alter, keeping things neat and contemporary with classic furniture pieces like the eames lounge chair, 3 seater sofa and a huge ottoman.

Reno@815KH - Arrival of a newborn

After finishing the reno, we actually have plans to do a home photoshoot this morning. Due to unforeseen events,  a newborn baby has arrived to their lovely home. Congratulations to the new mummy and daddy!

peeps, you will just have to wait until the confinement period is over then we can pop by their home to showcase their lovely pad.
