Reno@Punggol Waterway - Handing over keys this weekend
Full mirror panel door for db. Last quick look at yourself before you head out.
I think this is quite a good idea for DB. DB stands for distribution board. It's the board you go to when you get a short circuit. For most of the HDB flats, the DB is hidden behind a cabinet.
Living room feature wall
kitchen island cum dining

Reno@Punggol Waterway - Kitchen Storage Ideas
![]() |
| cupboard with pocket sliding doors |
A full height cupboard with powerpoints inside to house your coffee machine, cups, saucers, kitchen appliances and 1.5litre bottle drinks. When closed, it hides all the appliances away. When opened, the doors are hidden within the cupboard and you can use the kitchen corridor space effectively without any compromise.

Reno@Punggol Waterway - Kitchen island
HDBs can have island kitchen!
70% of home buyers wants an island kitchen and 50% considers it as a must have.
We try our very best to incorporate one for you. It doesn't mean only landed houses have the means to own a kitchen island. HDB flats can too!
I definitely recognize the beauty of a kitchen island - storage purposes as well as a visual anchor in the space. Most times it helps to increase efficiency and the kitchen's functionality.
To make the kitchen island more efficient, we double the island prep area as a dining table. Adding low-profile seating to the island is an easy way to increase functionality and make the environment more social for both guests and the cook.
