Reno@Anchorvale | Kitchen Carpentry
Mid week site progress update.
Our carpentry made a boo-boo and had all the sides of the carpentry in wood laminate finish instead of white. Back on site to make sure that the laminates are correct. The wood laminate on the sides of the carpentry was so close to the plywood colour that we thought it wasn't finished.

Reno@TS | BEFORE AFTER
BEFORE AFTER
We removed the bath tub for the home owners because they were getting old on their age and going in and out of the bathtub for daily shower can be quite dangerous if they are not careful. So with the removal of the bathtub, the wall and floors were all exposed from the hacking and required new waterproofing to be done. It was quite difficult to keep the existing floor and wall tiles and the home owners thought it was about time they did a revamp of their master toilet.
So we bought new floor and wall tiles!
And with the removal of the bathtub, we reroute the water pipes to have the wash basin and a long shower cubicle at the end of the bathroom. So now getting into the shower area is much easier for the elderly couple.

Reno@31Ipoh2 | Pre Reno Photos
Hello Everyone!!!
We are embarking on a new project at Versilia and this will be our 2nd project at this condominium. Talk about fate! When we first received this project, we were thinking, hey this floorplan looks so similar and it was only when we met the home owners who disclosed the address then we realised that we have already done one unit here.
But it will be a totally whole different experience and reno vibes because all our homeowners have their own living styles and needs. Reno is going start in a the next 2 weeks and we are here to recce the place first.
This is was one of the few projects which the design was halted during the circuit breaker and now we are able to embark on the physical change of works. Exciting times!!!
Have a good long weekend folks!

Reno@TS | Bathroom
Hello everyone!
It has been months since my last update. While we have been busy just concentrating on refining our designs, we actually managed to complete a mini renovation on a bathroom just before circuit breaker started in April. Once the extended circuit breaker was lifted in June, we managed to arrange for quick photoshoot. And here is our mini project on the bathroom.
However due to the worldwide COVID 19 situation, we have quite a few renos which just had to halt during the past few months and a few which we handed over their keys but unfortunately, the home owners are currently waiting for their overseas furniture to be shipped in and so till date, we are still unable to take any home photoshoots.
Now that we are already in Phase 2, we have resumed those projects under renovations and going to start some too!!
Exciting times again!!!
Keep safe everyone and I will try to update my blog as fast as I can.
xoxo

Reno@Anchorvale | Restart Works!
Even though we are into Phase 2, there still many restrictions going on, not enough manpower, workers from malaysia are unable to enter into Singapore; the factories in malaysia are not open etc. These all affect our carpentry works and I'm really glad to say we are finally able to see some work starting at our reno at Anchorvale!!!
Today our local carpenters (yes we had no choice but to switch, because time waits for no man) and usual electrician are on site, discussing how to conceal the wirings and install the carpentry in the kitchen.

above: beautiful open shelf. The backing conceals the pipes...once it is done, you wouldn't even know that there are 2 big pipes.
