Reno@Bukit Timah - Tiles Selection

Yet another weekend has gone past so quickly and my second son James has turned 3 months on Friday. Today we went tiles shopping with our Bt Timah client. It's our second visit to the tile shop as the first tile shop we went to did not have their own tile factory which means the tiles will be slightly more expensive for the contractor to purchase. Anyway the contractor says he doesn't mind which ever tile shop we choose at the end of the day.

so here are 80% of the tiles which we chose today and the 20% of the tiles are from last weekend's shopping which I don't have the tiles cos they are with the contractor.

The kitchen floor tile will be finished in a wood tile with beige wall tiles, the common bath downstairs has a dark and light grey floor and wall tile.  Beginning I was thinking a dark wood tile for the bathroom floor, but we decided against it as we felt that perhaps we are using too much of the wood tiles.

And...The entire living and dining area will be finished in a very light wood tile! I'm super excited about this choice. Really hope it turns out beautiful.

Here's a pretty tile which we chose for the entrance foyer. The tiles comes in a box with different patterns for you to lay. I'm thinking perhaps we can use this tile for a concrete bench in the bathroom too!

hmm.. can't decide!!!
I'm thinking it's either the pattern tile, or a white solid surface, or just finished it in marble.
