Reno@Kim Keat - Electrician is here!

Last week, we were waiting for the screeding works at the main entrance steps to dry, so here's how it looks now. light grey and all ready to be stepped upon. And no guesses to who the tester is!!!  My dear Jules is quite a climber at stairs, no problems for him cos he climbs our staircase up and down everyday. So this 4 steps is a piece of cake for him!

Today we are going through the electrical points, powerpoints, switches, heater switch, lighting points with the electrician together with the owner. Hmm... i think it went quite fast...took us about 2 hours to complete the entire flat. For maisonettes might take 3-4 hours....and maybe we can't even finish in that session.

 Here's a look inside.... The entire flat is fully re-plastered because the previous owner had a textured spray on the walls and ceiling. So we decided to spend that extra money to smoothen out the walls.
