hello!
it's been awhile since I last updated our reno at Geylang Maisonette. Well that's because we usually will encounter some form of delay with HDB and BCA when there's a full wall hack facing the staircase void area. It's quite a tricky process and needs some time to resolve all the drawings and approval from the relevant authorities.

and our home owners are still undecided about the tile colours so we couldn't start tiling works either.
well i'm glad that the tiling works have started!

and our dear electrician has removed all the wirings as well.

works going to start up again!
