Signature Park - Final Photos

Hello Hello!
3 bedder condominium
New parents staying with a one year old baby and grandparents. Vinyl flooring for the living, dining and bedrooms. All walls were given a fresh coat of paint, full electrical works, full works to the bathrooms and kitchen.

above: Living with new vinyl floor, paint, aircon and false ceiling

above: tv console details

above: top cabinets (white) above tv console for added storage. We are hoping that with a white laminate it will "merge" into the beams and not look so "out" of place.

above: behind the dining table, a row of half height cabinetry for storage and double up as a pantry area within reach from dining.

above: marble slab dining table top

above: doorway to common bathroom

above: double sinks with top and bottom cabinet to Master bath. There so much storage space that the new homeowners are overwhelmed! I suppose it's a good thing right?

above: double sink vanity with pattern tile backsplash.

above: wardrobe handle detail.

above: kitchen island with quartz countertop.

above: top and bottom kitchen cabinet with glass backsplash

above: 2 tone kitchen. Dove grey and light wood.

above: matching footstool and kitchen tiles, same shade to the 2 tone kitchen.

Signature Park - TV console

the little details count for every single home.

We are pretty pleased with how everything has turned out for the homeowners who has just shifted in early october 18. Although the spaces within this condo unit is not regularly shaped like a square, but there were areas of opportunity where built in carpentry made the space looked purposeful. Stay tuned for Sneak Peeks and Final photos this week!
