Reno@Clementi5 | Wood tiles

Wood looking tiles for the kitchen and other areas of the flat.
If you are looking for a durable and requires heavy washing type of floor material, then tiles is the choice for you.

Reno@Clementi5 | Bathroom updates

Still a very popular feature in our bathroom designs - Alcove Wall to put all your shower items.

WHY this ALCOVE WALL IS SO POPULAR
  1. Metal shower racks tend to loosen and give way over the years.
  2. Some metal shower racks rust or lose their shine easily.
  3. Difficult to clean between the gaps.
  4. Owners can't decide between 2 tier, 3 tiers or even 1 tier metal shower racks

Reno@Pipit | Carpentry | Wardrobe

Looking for a clean and minimalist look?

One consideration is to have the door handles integrated into the carpentry like our Pipit home reno. Door handles are recessed into the wardrobe doors, they don't protrude outwards.

1. Practically zero chances of being knocked against door handles or have your lace blouse "hooked" onto door handles.

2. Achieve a flat and seamless consistent look throughout.

3. If you are an OCD who cleans cupboard doors, this is perfectly for you!

Reno@31Ipoh2 | Details | Entrance Hallway and Super Pretty Kitchen Backsplash

Finally we could get a proper shot of the entrance hallway with the timber cladded bay window. For the longest time, this hallway was covered with protective cardboard paper so we couldn't take any photos of it.

wardrobe carpentry in progress

Trending at the moment is this beautifully timber strip cladding by the side of the kitchen counter.
Now I want to show you all the beautiful kitchen backsplash that looks like cement and stone at the same time. It is a sintered stone in short. Very very pretty. See photo below for zoom in. If I ever sell my current place and shift to a new place, for my new kitchen, I will definitely use this!

Reno@31Ipoh2 | Common Bathroom Updates

carpentry for the common bathroom is installed already! So close to the finish line now.
The whole team is rushing to finish everything this weekend for the home owners to shift in.
During post COVID, renovation is really tough in getting workers since many of our regular workers were handcraftsmen from malaysia.

For this 3 bedder condominium, we took about 2.5 months to complete. Hacking works took almost a month due to manpower, limiting hours of a condominium, and the usage of 1 lift for reno works. So glad it all turned out quite well, of course with some hiccups here and there.
