Tre Residences | Final Photos
Hello Weekend!
Just bought a new condominium and you haven't really gotten a clue as to what you probably need in terms of renovation? Well, here's my 2 cents worth.
If you have many shoes, then usual shoe rack off the shelf isn't going to be able to store all your shoes. I would recommend you do a shoe closet, or shoe cabinet to house your shoes, slippers, sandals, boots, winter shoes, dinner shoes etc.
Next, you can always integrate your shoe cabinet with open shelf to put home ornamental items like keys, photoframes etc. It's always nice and comforting to come home to a space that has your special items. It's what you call "personalised" space!
Do you want to see yourself before you step out? Maybe you can have a mirror somewhere before you go out? Some of my clients instead of the usual door cabinets, they have requested for mirror doors for their shoe cabinet. So think about your needs!
How about your sleeping domain? Do you have lots and lots of clothes? Do you want to consider creating more wardrobe space?
How about built in study table, storage cabinets, storage bench for dining, storage platform bed to house a mattress so that you don't have to buy a divan. Adding bedside ledges, drawers and even bedside pendant lights are all items that can personalise a space!
There you go!
these are just a few items for you to consider....
and if you want to add a dash of colour, like for Tre Residences, we painted the wall half grey!
