After finishing the reno, we actually have plans to do a home photoshoot this morning. Due to unforeseen events,  a newborn baby has arrived to their lovely home. Congratulations to the new mummy and daddy!

peeps, you will just have to wait until the confinement period is over then we can pop by their home to showcase their lovely pad.

Reno@Compassvale Cres III - Pre Reno Photos

Here's a new BTO project which we are starting at Compassvale Crescent. Home owners have opted out for flooring, doors and wash basins in the bathrooms. Looks pretty bare at the moment now... but wait for a couple more months and it will look totally different from now!

Starting on a new project in Clementi. It's an old resale flat for a matured couple. They are not in a hurry to start their reno so most probably design works will kick in after the lunar new year.

here's a new maisonette project which we have undertaken recently and rushing to complete by Lunar New Year. Timeline is very tight and makes my contractor uncle very "stressed".

We have chosen all the painting colours and laminates already so it's all up to uncle to finish the project to the end now. Currently hubs is here to go through all the electrical works and some minor builder's work with uncle and electrician.

Flooring downstairs have been laid and protected. Staircase we will be keeping...windows are NEW! and have all been changed.
