Reno@Empress II - Me and Jade | Off to work!

Today happens to be my helper's off day and so I've brought a little elf to work!
Fluffing up cushions
Moving items around
Making things work
Styling the place with the home owner's existing items.

Reno@Empress II - BEFORE AFTER

NOW - 2018 after the renovation; combining 2 HDB units.

BEFORE - APRIL 2017

We have just finished takings some photos of Empress II which is a combo unit of 2 HDB flats. It was only last year where we completed Empress I and the homeowners actually managed to buy their next door unit! And we got the chance to expand their reno dreams and to complete it as soon as possible for their little one's arrival. How awesome is that!

Reno@432B - Rainy day

Reno@432B - Wet Carpentry carcass

The carpenter decided that today they will deliver the carpentry carcass to site. And it rained heavily so much so that i saw one of the carcass so wet and damaged when it arrived on site. Partly also because the carcass was wet from the rain and the delivery guys wanted to shove the carcass into the lift but it was so long that the lift doors kept closing and hitting onto the sides of the carcass for like umpteen times before they managed to get the whole thing into the lift.

i'm quite upset about the whole incident.
