We have just finished taking some really pretty photos of an EM which we completed last Nov 2017. The couple has been very busy sprucing up the space, decorating up with all their personal items, travelling and entertaining groups of small friends over at their place. Finally we get to see the inside after much awaited months!

3 Criteron - Pre Reno Photos

Living room - Probably will add a faux brick wall for some texture & artificial grass for the balcony.

 Dining area

Existing marble flooring which home owner wants to overlay.

 Kitchen sink is directly opposite to stove. FSM says not suitable. Need to re-position. So countertop needs to change.

 Need to add mirror here for utility bath

Reno@721B Maisonette - Covering up the rubbish chute

Many of our home owners do not wish to see the rubbish chute exposed. So here's a pretty clever way of concealing it as part of the kitchen carpentry.

On top, there's a small ledge for you to put your air freshener and potted plants as it is near a window where your plant can get some daylight without having being exposed to rain. On the inside of the cupboard, you can put insecticide and insect repellents and other skinny aerosols.

I'm amazed that this 2 tier kitchen condiment rack can hold so many different kinds of bottles and sauces!

Marble look-a-like wall tiles with dark grey floor tiles.

This picture above has this sense of tranquility to it.

Don't you think so?  When I first saw it, i felt a sense of calmness

and even wanted to have a nice soak in my own bath-tub. 

I suppose you can always have a little luxury in a HDB flat. 

So why not.

Signature Park - Pre Reno Photos

When they say old HDB flats are bigger than new flats, the saying must be applicable to condominiums as well! Here's an old condominium which we have recently started to take on and look at how much space this family has!!!
