hubs met contractor today to go through the reno items while i babysit BB James at home as our helper has gone home for good. So this week, we are taking turns to look after James before we pack him off to infant care next week.

our reno are picking up speed once more after the long Lunar New Year break for our contractor and carpenters. This week, the carpenters are coming over to Greenleaf! And things are just building up here in seconds.

Hello!
This has got to be one of our newest resale flat which we are doing. The flat is relatively new, bedroom parquet is in good order, so we are just going to sand down and polish. The kitchen looks pretty decent too, though it's going to go. And so are the two bathrooms which are not in a good state. Showing signs of wear and tear. The windows we are keeping and so is the main door and gate.


Things for me to note:

1. Gate must be silver
2. No black tiles in the kitchen
3. Corridor to bedrooms to be in white
4. Household shelter door maybe in blue
