Reno@432B - Framing for the false ceiling

Because we have reorganized all the rooms in our apartment, many of the walls do not align to the existing beams and columns, so we have beams running through our rooms and definitely we need false ceiling to "flatten" the ceiling and mount our ceiling fan.

Although our ceiling will be lowered but neatness goes a long way! We don't mind lower ceilings if we can conceal all the electrical wirings...

We are pretty pleased with how everything has turned out for the homeowners who has just shifted in early october 18. Although the spaces within this condo unit is not regularly shaped like a square, but there were areas of opportunity where built in carpentry made the space looked purposeful. Concealed electrical wirings - something that we don't have to crack our heads when it comes to private residential units. For HDBs, we always have to find possible ways to conceal the electrical wirings in carpentry or partitions etc. YAY!

This home reno started so fast that I didn't even had the time to post any introduction on it. Will back post once I find some spare time... The home owners came to us 2 months ago, somewhere in August and we did up the design for them in the month of September and now reno has started in October!

hello!
we are into approx the 4th week of our home reno. It's still pretty much a warzone, dusty and dirty. BUT! things are beginning to take shape! I'm so excited that all my sentences are ending with an exclamation mark!!!

hahaha.
