it's been quite awhile since i last blogged about our home reno updates.
Well it has been moving, just abit slowly. Most of the reno works have been done by the main contractor. We are still the midst of looking for a good carpenter. However we have a budget, so it's taking awhile. But we are still looking...so if anyone knows a good carpenter please tell me!!!
our brickwall has been given a nice new coat of white paint. so it's looking really spiffy now!
however, the downside was...now that the chengal timber deck has been laid, due to heavy downpours, the timber contractor couldn't oil the deck and now the timber 'dust' has crept up my white brickwall. So it's looking 'dirty' red now at the edges. *heart pain*
And Friday morning was the delivery of our WCs, Sinks, Water tanks and seat covers! So exciting!!! So we will do not need to keep going to the nearby petrol kiosk which is down the block for a relief! hahahaha....
and after many days of rain, the timber deck contractor came and oil the deck. Now still needs for it to dry and apply another coat of finish.
