A 5 room BTO flat.
A couple with a toddler and a newborn.
The home owner wanted to keep different zones in the home physically
separated yet visually connected to the living and play area for the
children. Hence the use of glass walls. Perfect for areas in the home like the study where privacy isn't priority.
a full floor to ceiling high bookshelf waiting to be filled up
Use of black frames for instant injection of urban chic
Ang Ku Kueh Cushion
Small Breakfast counter, good enough to sit 2!
The entrance foyer with seating beach cum shoe cabinet (lourve doors for ventilation). With matching laminate that turns from seating bench up to breakfast countertop. The ventilation blocks and pattern tiles lends a vintage vibe, allows partial views into the kitchen and bringing natural daylight further into other spaces.
View from Kitchen towards main entrance
WE love how this visually connectivity is happening in this home!
From the kitchen, you are able to view the telly too!
Most of our home owners like to be able to see the living from their kitchen wherever possible and also a breakfast counter to entertain their friends.
View from kitchen towards main gate and a full height shoe cupboard.
Common bath
Master bath with a longer vanity counter
Bedhead storage and mattress is on platform storage
and we are back at the entrance.
Hope everyone has enjoyed the little house tour.
Wish everyone a Prosperous and Happy Lunar New Year!!!
Good health to one and all.
