hubs is here to take a look and make sure everything goes smoothly before our holidays. So far so good. By the time when we get back from our holidays, the carpentry should be finished but hubs will have to coordinate the kitchen countertop when we are overseas as it is a different top from the bathrooms.

Here's a new BTO flat in Ghim Moh which we have just commenced work. Hacking has already completed. Wirings are pulled already. Tiling works are in progress. Just a quick introduction on our "NEW" project whereby the homeowners are overseeing this remotely!!!

yes, this is our 2nd home reno whereby the homeowners are out-stationed and they totally leave their home reno in our care! EEKKS! Can't tell you folks out there how much pressure this is on us since the homeowners are not here to physically see their reno progress and down to small details like choosing their home tiles, laminates, countertop etc...but like all IDs out there, we are here to help and make some good decisions and recommendations on behalf of homeowners! Because we all want to have a really nice and pleasant home to return to at the end of the day....

anyway i'm keeping my fingers cross that whatever we do, we don't miss out or get anything wrong because sometimes it's hard to second guess what home owners know or do not know, what they need to know, what they thought they knew but may not be true...well the list goes on and on.
