Reno@VistaSpring - Brickwall in progress

Just put Jules at prenursery school and we are here on our lunch break to visit one of our reno sites! Together we are going to discuss about the electrical positions as well as to make sure that everything is going smoothly and on track.

The brickwall is in progress. It will stretch across the living and dining room wall.

common bath - new curb and floor tiles completed. The curb serves to hold the new glass partition for the wet area.

master bath - shower wall and new flooring completed too!

Reno@CCK2 Maisonette - RUSHING!

Hello there!
so sorry for the late updates as the new year was a really busy and hectic period for us as Jules is entering another milestone - prenursery!!!
Hubs and I had to take a week's leave to attend school together with him in order for him to adapt to his new school and routine. However our routine was like crazy!!! sending him to school, waiting for school to be over, fetching him back and going back to work...

anyway back to our reno at CCK, we are rushing to finish the reno before the lunar new year and everywhere is in a mess!! hahaha....electrical works, partition works, plastering, aircon trunking etc. The tiling works are more or less completed. So that's one item less.

Aircon trunking was scheduled by the owner so once that was done, our electrician had to do another round of laying the wires. Partition works are in progress now.

Air con trunking for the living room. This wall will be boxed up later, lots of cables coming through here.

Quick look at the balcony area. The last time we couldn't really see it cos they were doing the marble flooring.

Brackets all up at the balcony area to hold the compressors. The concrete base for the kitchen cabinet is done too.

Reno@Greenleaf - study frame in progress!

it's another week has past! this week, the light holders are all completed, the partition works are done up too, so for the study, the frame is in progress now...

 False ceiling above the bedhead area done and box up aircon trunking completed too! Our electrician has left 2 points above too for the recess downlights to be installed later. Can you see the 2 dangling wires from the bottom of the "beam"?

Concrete base for the kitchen cabinets completed too!

this week, painting's going to start and next will be the carpentry next!

Reno@CCK2 Maisonette - Laying the tiles

 Long break after christmas and today we are here for a quick look. The electrician is here to lay some electrical wirings and there are 4 men on the job to lay the marble tiles for the lower floor.

 Kitchen wall tiles are all up and so is the kitchen floor tiles

The balcony wall tiles are all done over the christmas break.

Over the Christmas and New Year holidays, the entrance floor tiles and kitchen backsplash wall tiles have be laid. and we are here to take a quick look!

 And all the bedroom air con trunking has been laid too!

This BTO flat comes with wood skirting, beige flooring, a brown stripe tile along the kitchen wall and a really big mosaic wall in both the bathrooms.

Reno@Yishun Riverwalk - Study room frame up and glass backsplash

hello peeps!
hope everyone had a great holiday and rest over the brand new Year! And we are visiting our Yishun site today. HUAT AH!!!

as you can see, the study room's new sliding door frame is up and it's looking damn good!!!

 here we go into the kitchen, the water dispenser is up and so is the kitchen backsplash in black.

here's a closer look at the black glass backsplash and we have added more powerpoints for the couple too at the side of the tallboy.

 vento fan is up too!
