It's been a long time since I've seen so much brick work in a flat! This means that this condo must be pretty old already as our government has moved on to promote precast wall for faster and more efficient construction methods.

3 Criteron - Textured paint that looks like brick!

It's very regular and flat compared to craftstone bricks. So it's easier to clean? Plus it's slightly cheaper than craftstone.
