Owning a piece of land is so expensive nowadays, especially in Singapore. However having a balcony could be an alternative option to have a piece of that open sky to yourself. With wooden decking, potted plants and outdoor furniture, you can turn your balcony into a place for relaxation at night after office hours or an adhoc social gathering area extended out from the living. The balcony is also a great place to hang out on a cool evening with a glass of beer or wine.
