Rem the last time we were here to discuss with our contractor on how to box up the air con trunking. The lower floor was relatively easy but when it came to the upper floor, that was the headache part where some of the trunking were going under the existing beams and puncturing through the door frames.

today, the box up is well under way...but there's still much more work to be done here. Today we managed to secure a timeslot with the head carpenter to go through the site measurements for the carpentry.

Full reno to toilets takes up almost 1 month of time to complete. 

that's because there's so many trades involved in getting the job done.

From plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, windows, glazing, painting and down to carpentry.

 kitchen countertop is up last week.

We are here to go through the lights installation with the electrician.
