Reno@140 Maisonette - expected and unexpected Delays

One of our maisonettes whereby we had quite a few items on our checklist where we didn't manage to "check" on time. It's really hard to pin point who is at fault but I just want to let home owners out there know that different town precincts have different HDB processing officers. So many times where we have gotten approval for other maisonettes, it doesn't really equate to the same for other neighbourhoods.

take for instance, some maisonettes, we managed to install 2 compressors outside the master bedroom wall. But some maisonettes are only allowed for 1 compressor and many a times, the HDB officer will only allow one place where you can mount your compressors.
And some maisonettes have pre-cast walls facing the staircase void where we can't do a half height wall hack etc etc...

So here's one where we have a double volume maisonette on the upper floor where we almost hacked everything off. So it's taking our PE really long, like super long to endorse the drawings where we have no idea why. Complexity? Or short-handed? But we really chased our PE and even our home owners resorted to calling him everyday to chase him for his endorsement.

And many a times, when we apply for permit for many items at one go, HDB doesn't really reply to all items, and we might probably get approval for only one item out of our checklist.
