A couple who likes to entertain small groups of friend over for lunch and dinner. Over here at this maisonette, the lower floor has become like a mini arcade with pool table, game console, KTV, air hockey and dart board to keep the young and the old entertained.

 For the access balcony, the home owners choose a geometric pattern tile instead of the peranankan floral motifs. We added the black border tile around it to finish it off. Wall hung shoe cabinet doors are in a metallic looking laminate topped with rustic wood laminate.

Entrance: light grey 600 x600 floor tiles and the seating bench by the side of the wall is finished in the same laminates like the shoe cabinet on the outside. Home owners added the game console here by the side of the bar counter.

Bifold windows tucked to the side, kitchen can be "closed" off for heavy cooking.

home owner is into making his coffee too with coffee machine and coffee bean grinder by the side.
There's always a fresh brew of coffee in this house!

above: upstairs is where there's a quiet space for the couple to rest and relax. In the master bath, there's a massage bath tub with rain shower with long ledges to put all soaking and relaxing salts for a bath.
