it's weekend again and it's time for more DIY in the house!
I customised my own design and ordered these decals from an online store.
It took about 4 working days before it arrived at my doorstep. And so it's time for some DIY this saturday morning.
Step 1: First you will need a cutting mat and a penknife to cut them into groups. It's much easier to stick smaller parts then to stick one big piece at one go.
step 2: you will also need a credit card or something flat to "rub" the decal against your wall or glass. In our case, we are using our Kopitiam discount card. :)I customised my own design and ordered these decals from an online store.

step 3: clean the area which you are going to put your decal on. Make sure that it is free from dust, dirt, anything. The surface area should be clean and smooth.
step 4: lay the cut pieces onto the wall or glass one by one
step 5: This is how it looks after piecing all the cut pieces together. Next we will need to use the credit card or the flat surface to rub the decal firmly onto the wall or glass.
step 6: gently remove the backing from an angle.
step 7: keep going for the rest of all the other cut pieces.
step 8: see...we are almost done now...leaving the last row now.
step 9: Finished!
this is how it looks from afar with my helper and son at the corner.
Above: Here's a zoom in.
