Reno@Yishun Riverwalk - Here to go through the carpentry works

Nowadays, I must say HDB has done a pretty good job on the roof deck of the multi storey carparks. It is definitely more pleasing to the eye when home owners view out of their windows and they can see more green instead of concrete.

Ritey, back to our reno progress at Yishun Riverwalk. Just the other day, we were there with our contractor watching the aircon guy (who was sub-out by our client to somebody else to do the job and not through the contractor) at work. And the guy drilled through the metal conduit and broke the electrical wirings. Lucky thing the old guy was quite cool about it though our contractor was like going crazy already together with our electrician who witnessed the whole incident.

Anyway the uncle said these sort of things has happened quite a few times to him. So he went out to make a few phone calls and said he will rectify. And of cos we told our couple that the aircon guy made a boo boo cos our contractor was so afraid that the blame will be on him!!! haha!

 

So the aircon guy hacked the lower part of the wall to expose the metal conduit in order to fix back the electrical wirings which was embedded inside. Then he screed back the wall.

okay, back to work, here's our carpenter going through our drawings on site. Can't see hubs hey...cos he's hidden behind the carpenter!!!
