Reno@324H - FINAL PHOTOS

Welcome to a lovely home that belongs to a banker and an art director.
Main door kept, sand down and painted new.
we love the crate and barrel inspired credenza done by 2nd charm that holds pretty vase of flowers, compliments from a housewarming party guests.
What used to be the living area is now taken over by the large "banquet hall". We kept most of the existing flooring, lending a vintage touch to the overall space. Customised large canvas poster by homeowner hides all the powerplugs.

extendable table up to 4m long. Great for 3 generations lunar new year festivities.
lovely wooden bench from 2nd charm.

still photo of travelogues by homeowners.
bar stools from bangku bangku, ikea wall shelves lend a bar touch. Oversized black floor lamp from IKEA. Sliding door to the left hides the walk in closet.

hubs loves the ficus plant sitting at the corner of the counter.

bathroom finished in cement screed for walls and floor.
Glass block wall to separate the WC and wash basin yet able to allow daylight into the WC area.

we love how simple the light fitting is! - a lightbulb dangling down from the ceiling.

sofa from habitat, rug and cushions from IKEA, poofs from MAKE ROOM
IKEA outdoor bench as tv console.

 old meets new

kitchen island becomes one of the focal points where I chit chat with home owners.

Initially they were looking at Sengkang but fell in love with Hougang instead. Needless to say, they saw great potential in this flat and put a purchase for it. Great neighbourhood plus great hawker stalls mend by uncles and aunties who speak our local dialects and food made with love were cherry toppers.

white on white with pops of coloured books creates a lovely vignette.

and we have come to the end of the tour.

hope everyone enjoyed the photos and have a great weekend ahead!

xoxo
