Reno@140 Maisonette - Staircase storage

 Just wanted to highlight this storage closet which we did for one of our maisonette homeowners. Our usual practice is to follow the shape of the staircase profile when we convert the area under the staircase to a store room.

However, our home owner didn't like that triangular shape store room. What we did here was to do an additional dry wall to make it look like a regular "room" from the outside.

 Above: just next to the staircase there's enough headroom to house a washer and dryer
