Reno@Kovan Maisonette - everything at ceiling level: fans, cove lights and aircon!

Above: aircon at master room, can see a short bit of trunking which leads into the aircon unit. It's coming in from the compressor on the right.

Above: Aircon in bedroom 3, the trunking is fully boxed up, so you can't see a thing here.

Above: Bedroom 2 aircon is above the door, coming in straight from the entrance foyer area where there's a false ceiling to hide the trunking.

Closer look at the aircon in bedroom 2

Above: Bedroom 3 ceiling fan installed and wrapped up to prevent dust. Accent wall in lavender is finished too, but needs some touching up work. FSM said to have all the upper bedrooms in pink, peach or purple. So Bedroom 2 and 3, we have chosen a cool greyish purple for the couple.
For the master room, the couple has purchased a Sakura print wallpaper online. I've yet to see the print myself yet....

The couple has bought really cool looking fans for the lower part of the maisonette to keep the place in a cool vibe.

They have purchased a vento fan for the dining area and a haiku bamboo fan for the living but not installed yet. So stay tune for the photos!
