the previous layout had combined the original study and master room together which was a perfect combi for the new home owners who wanted a walk in wardrobe and a study adjoining to the master.

improvement was made to the kitchen by opening it up and borrowing light from both the yard and balcony areas. Transparent glass doors becomes the perfect choice to separate the kitchen from the living and dining areas as this home is not spared from the asian heavy style cooking. Extension was made to the kitchen to fit in an island, prep area and heavy duty cooking counters.
Most of the existing walls and floors are kept intact to keep costs low. All the bedrooms and baths are kept in their original location which seems to be the natural logical choice for this home planning.
